The Christmas Sandwich – Watch the video
‘The Christmas Sandwich’ celebrates one of life’s true simple pleasures – the Boxing Day tradition of making an epic sandwich from leftovers after a festive feast.
Cornish singer-songwriter Christopher Dennis wrote the song for his friends and family last year when he was too skint to buy presents. He recorded it in his home and his pals, Norfolk filming-making duo Oliver Payne and Oscar Lotis, filmed the video in Oscar’s family farmhouse over three days for £350.
The campaign to get Christopher’s song to Christmas No.1 is being organised by friends and family and is already gaining strong momentum.
